The 17th Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of Frasers Centrepoint
Trust (“FCT”, and the unitholders of FCT, “Unitholders”) will be held at the
Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore (formerly known as InterContinental Singapore), 80
Middle Road, Singapore 188966 on Friday, 23 January 2026 at 9.30 a.m. (Singapore time).
The Annual General
Meeting will be held in a wholly physical format. There will be no option for shareholders to participate
virtually. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for details.

The 17th AGM of the unitholders of FCT will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore (formerly known as InterContinental Singapore), 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966 on Friday, 23 January 2026 at 9.30 a.m. (Singapore time).

renewal of the Unit Buy-Back Mandate

To submit questions related to the resolutions
Unitholders may submit questions related to the resolutions to be tabled for approval at the AGM in advance of the AGM. The questions must be submitted in the following manner by 9.30 a.m. on Friday, 9 January 2026
- deposited at the registered office of the Manager at
438 Alexandra Road, #21-00 Alexandra Point,
Singapore 119958; or - via email to the Manager, at ir@fraserscentrepointtrust.com.
Unitholders who submit questions via post or email must provide the following information for authentication:
- the Unitholder's full name;
- the Unitholder's address; and
- the manner in which the Unitholder holds the Units (e.g., via CDP, CPF or SRS).
