Miscellaneous: Moody's downgrades FCT's rating to Baa1
Further to the Company's announcement made on 2 December 2008 (the "Announcement") on the downgrading of Frasers Centrepoint Trust's corporate family rating to Baa1, please note that the Announcement was made by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd as the Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, and not Frasers Commercial Trust. All references to "FCT" in the Announcement shall mean "Frasers Centrepoint Trust".
