| Footnotes | Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd ("FCAM"), the manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT"), confirms that there is no person occupying a managerial position in FCAM or in any of the principal subsidiaries of FCT who is a relative of a Director, Chief Executive Officer or Substantial Shareholder/Unitholder of FCAM or FCT. At present, FCAM does not have any subsidiary.
