Extraordinary General Meeting of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (Northpoint 2 & YewTee Point)
Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Directors wish to announce that all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notice of EGM dated 7 January 2010 were duly passed at the EGM of the Company held on 25 January 2010.
