(the"Company"), as manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, refers to its announcement today on the cessation of Mr Anthony Cheong's appointment as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director, and Member of the Audit Committee. Further to this announcement, the Company announces that Mr Philip Eng Heng Nee, an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed a Member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
