("FCAM") refers to page 125 of the Annual Report 2023 of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (which forms part of the Sustainability Report) which states that, each member of FCAM s Board, except Mr Tan Siew Peng (Darren) who was appointed on 26 September 2023, underwent SGX-prescribed sustainability training in FY2023. FCAM wishes to clarify that Mr Ho Kin San, who was appointed to the Board on 18 July 2023 underwent the SGX-prescribed sustainability training after FY2023 on 12 October 2023 as part of the director s training prescribed by SGX required to be completed within one year of his appointment. In addition, FCAM wishes to update that Mr Tan Siew Peng (Darren) underwent the SGX-prescribed sustainability training on 31 October 2023. |
