On or about 8 September 2003, the company lodged a declaration with the Registry of Companies and Businesses that the company cannot by reason of its liability continue its business and the company was placed under creditors' voluntary winding up. The company is presently still in liquidation. Mr Eng was never active in the running of the business of the company. |
